The Wooden Boat Museum of Newfoundland and Labrador will be closed on Sunday, September 4, 2016, and will reopen on Tuesday, September 6, 2016 due to Labour Day.
We will continue to follow a Monday – Friday schedule when we reopen until our closing day on Friday, September 30, 2016.

The Wooden Boat Museum of Newfoundland and Labrador is soliciting bids from qualified contractors for their Museum Building Exterior Renovations. Renovations include:
- Replacement of 4 windows
- Repair / paint small shed
- Stain boat shed
- Stain South Side / North Side Extensions
- Repair door and construct wind break on North Side Extension
- Repair eve on South Side Extension
